On hearing this many of you reading this article because of the title, would answer, “Then, I need to eat a skinny person” but readers losing weight is not as easy as losing your keys, cell phone or even your temper. It works for you little by little and day by day. So, the next few months will go by no matter if you work-out or not, do one thing, Make them Count!

One thing that you necessarily need to know about losing weight is if you’re not hungry enough to eat an apple, you’re not really hungry, you’re just bored. Here I won’t give you any diet plan
in which everything you like or crave is forbidden and after cheating on that (which you certainly will), you accuse me of not making you look better. I would rather give you some tips for a healthier living i.e.
  1. Don’t stay up too late.
  2. Avoid buying too many snacks.
  3. Only eat when hungry.
  4. Don’t put too much food on the plate.
  5. Don’t eat too fast and chew slowly.
  6. Don’t skip Breakfast.

While following these tips just remember, It’s not about losing weight, it’s about losing the lifestyle and mindset that got you there. Because you have to love yourself enough to show people that you’ve always been beautiful. Now, you’ve just decided to be healthier, fitter and faster. Good Luck!
