DIY Tricks Using Argan Oil"Liquid Gold" for Your Skin!

They don't call it liquid gold for just any old reason. Moroccan (Argan) Oil has been the most requested oil on the market for several years now. And for good reason—there are many DIY tricks using Argan Oil because it can help the body in so many ways.
With its high content of antioxidants, essential fatty acids, and vitamin E, the benefits of argan oil naturally help increase hair's elasticity and consistently restore shine to dull, lifeless hair. Because of this, argan oil is the ideal hair conditioner. Not only can it help treat split ends and tame frizz, it's extremely easy to use.
In addition to all of these hair benefits, argan oil can also help with your skin. Did you know that it can help to:
  • heal certain skin infections,
  • clear acne
  • alleviate eczema
  • even heal burns
The list goes on and on. It's no wonder millions of people have at least one bottle of organic argan oil stored in their homes.
To help you get the most out of this incredible ingredient, we've put together three amazing DIY tips you can try out today...
DIY Tricks Using Argan Oil

1. Anti-aging Argan Oil Mask

Ingredients:

1 tablespoon of Organic Raw Honey
1 tablespoon Argan Oil
2 tablespoons Avocado
1 tablespoon Oat Flour
Start by cutting two tablespoons of avocado and mashing them into a bowl. Then, add the oats and honey into the bowl. Mix the concoction until it becomes smooth. Last, add in a tablespoon of argan oil.
Make sure your face is completely cleansed and dry before placing the mask on. Massage the mask onto your face for about two minutes and make sure all areas are covered, including your neck area. Leave argan oil face mask on for 30 minutes then wash off with warm water and seal with cold.
Your skin should feel as soft as a babies bottom (without the smell). For a little boost of extra moisturizing glow, add two drops of argan oil and rub throughout your skin.

2. Argan Oil for Nails

We all know how annoying painting our own nails can be. Not to play fashion police, but sometimes your DIY pinterest nail design turns out looking like the doodles on a elementary students notebook. Not your best work of art, so to say.
Here's a little argan oil trick that will guarantee your polish will stay within the nail so your hands don't look like mittens.
Start by emptying 1/5 of your suggested nail polish remover. Then add in about 10-15 drops of argan oil. Shake it up and VIOLA. If you paint outside the nail, this combination will wipe it up without a problem. Plus the oil will leave your skin smooth, unlike regular nail polish remover that dries the skin out. The silkiness will make it harder for the nail polish to set on your skin if you accidentally paint over the same part.
3. Argan Oil Lip Balm
Everyone knows that drastic changes in the weather not only take a toll on your hair, but on your skin too. This includes those lips, my dear. Constantly licking them is not helping either.
To save money searching for a lip balm that will last longer than 5 minutes, just make your own using the skin healing Moroccan Oil.

Ingredients:

2 tablespoons of Shea Butter
1 teaspoon of Argan Oil
2 drops of Lavender Essential Oil (or essential oil of your choosing)
Start with placing the shea butter in a bowl. Smash it up using a spoon or spatula. When it seems flat enough add the argan oil and then follow with two drops of the Lavender Essential Oil. Mix it all together. Gently place the mixture into lip balm containers, flatten it out and you are good to go!
